Over the last 7.5 years, Joanne has worked to save taxpayers in Delaware County millions, closed a Republican run slush fund that put for-profit companies over our residents, and shown that, along with other elected Democrats, we can actually make government work for the people. In November, she plans to take that record and experience as a lawyer to Council. She wants to expand the tax base, help create new, good-paying jobs, and work to make sure that we're using our taxpayer dollars wisely.
