Sidewalk in between Vashon Electric and Snapdragon, 17821 Vashon Hwy SW, Vashon, WA 98070
WHY: The Trump Administration is violating people’s right to due process and their civil rights by “disappearing” them to a horrific gulag in El Salvador: Is anyone safe? Are we next? Trump was caught on a hot mic saying that “homegrowns” would be next and El Salvadore would need to build more prisons.
WHEN: Saturday, April 19th – 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
WHERE: 4 way stop in town
DETAILS: Meet on the sidewalk in between Vashon Electric and Snapdragon no later than 10:45 am – please do not block the business entrances: we will march on the sidewalk down to 4 way stop. Bring a sign and whatever else you may need. Please park at various locations around town so we don’t take over Snapdragon or Kathy’s parking lots!

We're bringing back the 'Rally for Science' to stand up to anti-science policies coming down through our federal government and to stand in solidarity with those that want to be good stewards of our environment. HANDS OFF SCIENCE!!!
We're experimenting with a new model of protest for our upcoming Rally for Science, as we are in an information economy now. We are going to try and make this event the most visible protest in the history of our community by dividing our forces after the Rally and going to pre-designated highly visible areas with our wonderful signs to show our entire city how we feel about what is coming down from the executive branch. Maps will be publicly posted on Thursday on the event and are available in advance if you email bugsmind@comcast.net or matthew@spokanepride.org. Please note that our goal in this movement is visibility, not obstruction, so please do not trespass and follow all laws.

Manette Bridge, MANETTE Brg, Bremerton, WA 98337
Join us in observing this national day of protest. We will honor the 250th Anniversary of April 19, 1775, by standing on the Manette Bridge to remind passing motorists that we honor the values fought for that day. The values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness – can be traced back to the actions of that day. Come together to remind MAGA and Musk that we still hold these values, as defined in our Constitution, essential to our democratic way of life. They can take their Hands Off! Our Democracy, which they fought for that day.
