Race Ops + Accessibility: Rules, challenges, points, pit stops, schedules, and accessible ways to play. Voter Registration + Tabling: Staff tables, register voters, and connect people to local issues and opportunities. GOTV + Voter Protection: Follow up with voters, share voting info, and help navigate barriers. Policy Nerds + Data: Track policy, collect Race data, and connect what we learn to decisions shaping the Flathead. Community Partnerships + Volunteers: Recruit partners and volunteers, coordinate shifts, and plug people in. Comms + Hype: Social media, photos, videos, updates, partner shoutouts, and keeping the Race fun. Stoke Fest brings together skiers, riders, bikers, runners, climbers, and other outdoor-loving folks for films, stories, conversation, and community. Come watch films, meet fellow outdoor enthusiasts, connect with local organizations, and learn how people who love Montana’s outdoors are getting involved in protecting its future. Tamarack Brewing Trivia Night C4 VR September 22, 2026 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM MT Ronan Cooperative Brewery, 23 4TH Ave SW, Ronan, MT 59864 Join Forward Montana at Ronan Brewing Company Trivia Night for a fun evening of community engagement. Volunteers will help create a welcoming space by talking with attendees, answering questions about voting, and helping eligible community members register to vote or update their voter registration. Land to Hand (Amazing Race PitStop) C4 VR September 23, 2026 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM MT Land to Hand, 540 4th Ave W, Columbia Falls, MT 59912 Join Land to Hand as a pit stop for Amazing Race Flathead! Participants will learn about Land to Hand’s Backpack Program and how many local students and families it supports. As part of the challenge, teams will first guess how many kids Land to Hand supports through the Backpack Program each week, then learn the actual number and help pack backpack bags for local students. The challenge is designed to be fun and hands-on while giving participants a better understanding of food insecurity and the work local organizations do to ensure kids have access to food. Challenge: How many backpack Bags? Participants will guess how many backpack programs run each week. After the answer is revealed, teams will help pack backpack bags as part of the challenge. The goal is to leave with a better understanding of the program's scale and how community members can support the work.

Bias Brewery Run club (Bingo After!) [Amazing Race Pitstop!] C4 VR September 23, 2026 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM MT Bias Brewing (new location!), 412 Main St, Kalispell, MT 59901 Help us welcome participants, cheer on racers, and most importantly, help eligible community members get registered to vote! No previous voter registration experience is required. We'll make sure you have everything you need and know what to do. Run Club kicks off at 5:30 PM, followed by the Amazing Race and Bingo at 6:30 PM. Stick around afterward for a post-Bingo hang and help us wrap up the evening with good people, good vibes, and hopefully a few new voters! Come hang out, meet some awesome Flathead folks, and help make sure people have a chance to register and get ready to vote while you're at it.

Rockfish Climbing Gym [Amazing Race] C4 VR September 24, 2026 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM MT Rockfish Climbing, 6475 US Highway 93 S Ste 13, Whitefish, MT 59937 Ready to get off the ground? Head to Rockfish for a chance to climb, try something new, and explore one of the Valley’s indoor adventure spots. For this Pit Stop, check in at Rockfish to unlock a special discounted day rate for Amazing Race Flathead participants. Want to make it a little more challenging? Take on a climbing challenge while you’re there and see how far you can make it! We’re challenging racers to think about how they get around, too. Walk, bike, carpool, or take transit to Rockfish and get even more out of the challenge. Volunteers needed! Help us welcome racers, check people in, share information about the discounted day rate, and encourage participants to think about how they got to Rockfish. No climbing experience required. Come hang out, meet some racers, and help make the Pit Stop fun!

Let's Talk Streets, Public Space & Civic Urban Design (Amazing Race) C4 VR September 25, 2026 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM MT Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Ave E, Kalispell, MT 59901 Join Councilor Ryan Hunter for a downtown stroll and a conversation about civic urban design. As we walk, we’ll look at how sidewalks, crossings, public spaces, accessibility, and transportation shape our everyday experience of the city. Your challenge: bring an AARP Livability Survey to complete or pick one up along the way, then take a step toward civic participation by getting registered to vote, pledging to vote, or learning more about the issues that matter to you. Come walk the block, talk about what you experience, and turn what you notice into civic action! Can't wait to chat!!
