Campaign Canvass Canvass July 22, 2026 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM ET Paul Sanborn Park, 2310 SE THIRD St, Cape Coral, FL 33990 We’ll meet at Paul Sanborn Park . Please download the MiniVAN app on your phone and set up your login in advance—our canvassing is fully digital, so there will be no paper lists. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the Florida sunshine. We’ll have water, snacks, and sunscreen available, and campaign literature. Please arrive on time so you can participate in a brief training on how to use MiniVAN before drivers take us out to our assigned neighborhoods. At the end, we will return to the park for a quick debrief.

Phone Bank from Home Phone Banks July 23, 2026 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM ET Zoom Phone bank from the comfort of home! A zoom link will be emailed to you the night before. We will hop onto zoom at 9am to do a 15 minute training then log off zoom to do calls. At the end, we will log back in to zoom at 10:45am for a debrief! We recommend setting up a Google Voice number ahead of time. We’ll provide the script—all we need from you is a willingness to dial and help us lock in as many committed votes as possible from voters.

Sign Waving #1 Community Event August 3, 2026 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM ET We need 14 Volunteers a day! Help us spread the word and build excitement for the campaign! Volunteers will be stationed at high-visibility locations across Lee County during rush hour, waving signs and banners to thousands of passing voters. This is a fun, energetic, and easy way to make a big impact. Bring water, snacks, comfortable clothes, and a positive attitude. Feel free to bring a Bluetooth speaker and enjoy some music while you help us connect with the community. We'll provide signs, location assignments, and campaign materials. Locations will be provided a week prior to the sign waving events. Time Commitment: 2 hours, Monday through Friday What You'll Do: Wave signs, smile, engage with passing drivers, and help increase visibility for India Palencia for Lee County School Board.
