Contributions to Spiller for Governor are not tax deductible.

Contributions individuals are limited to $5,800 per individual per election. Cash contributions are limited to up to $200 per election.

When donating via check from a joint account, the donation will be attributed to the individual signing the check. If a check from a joint account signed by both account holders and no other written instructions accompanies the check, then the contribution will be split evenly.

By contributing to Spiller for Governor via this site, you are affirming these funds are from your own personal funds and not on behalf of someone else or on behalf of an entity, business, or PAC.

NJ law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed an aggregate total of more than $200 in an election cycle.

Donations made by minors 14 or under are required to be attributed to the legal guardian of the minor unless the funds are comprised of the minor's own earned income.

Anonymous or donations made in the name of another or with a fictitious name are prohibited.

Contributions from foreign nationals, banks, insurance corporations, public utilities, cable television corporations, as well as certain casino interests are prohibited. Donations by government contractors are limited and are subject to Pay-to-Play restrictions.

NJ State PACs are limited to $17,300 per election.

Donations from sole proprietors, partnerships, LLC/LLPs are permissible, but the donation is considered to from the individual and cannot be attributed to the business entity. The contribution limit is $5,800.

Donations from corporations, unions, associations and other groups are permissible and will be attributed to the entity. The contribution limit is $5,800 in the aggregate for that entity and its affiliated subsidiaries and affiliated organizations.
