Contributions or gifts to Booker Victory Fund are not tax deductible. The first $3,500 of each contribution from a person will be allocated to Cory Booker for Senate for use in the 2026 general election. The next $10,000 from a person (per year) will be allocated to the New Jersey Democratic State Committee federal account. Any additional contributions up to $5,000 from a person will be allocated to Purpose PAC. A Contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election. The Booker Victory Fund does not accept contributions from Political Actions Committees (PACs) with the exception of Federally Registered Leadership PACs.
